how to get an attack belt?

do you have to do the 50+ pypq to get the attack belt or can you do the normal/easy one and be very lucky

You get the belt from the PQ. Simple as that. Sounds to me like you're only doing so to try to make money. Still, you KNOW the belt is untradable without the scissors, so there's no scam involved. So my previous point still stands - no scam exists: you're just whining.
