Decent skills after BB

I heard decent skills glitch got patched but since some people had gotten the skills before it got patched and got the skill(s) their keyboard despite the fact they don't wear the item anymore. But we are getting key wipped after BB(I'm not sure about it, but I remember reading it on a guide) so it means they'll also lose it? Or will they still have it?

Don't think it'll be a key wipe...just if they use a SP reset which they'll have to, they will have no skills. SO all the skills on the keyboard will be gone. But it might be, I just never heard of it before.
