Can the Scarlion boss still be fought?

I've been thinking about buying zhelm for my dawn warrior, but scarlion helmets caught my attention. I was wondering if this boss can still be fought and the helmet still picked up and what lvl someone need to be to do runs on this boss.

yes, the boss is a permanent boss now, not an event. You also have to be lvl 90+ (i think, not 100% sure. And yes, he drops 2-4 helms each run.

What if you were to like "leech" a helm. Like not kill it or anything just there for the helm. How much hp would you need? And is there a way to not get hit?

@above So if I went on run like around lvl 70sh or 80sh and stayed in the corner I would be fine? Also how rare is it to not get hit at all? Thanks for answering!

You have to be lvl 90 to be able to enter anyways so lvl up first. Oh and you have to do all the preqeusts.
