How to succeed in high school?

Ok, im currently in 9th grade , and its been pretty uneasy. So much homework and so many tests are just making me crazy. SO...seniors and juniors please help me on how to succeed in high school ! I want to be able to go to medical school. I know the basics: Do your hw and pay attention. But i want something more than that lik what to study for english or math.

9th grade was cake. Wait till junior year. I'm having SAT prep + 6 subjects of Hw a night + every 2 weeks i get bombarded with 4 tests on a friday. Tell me how that feels LOL. Yea.. If you stop maple, things become much easier, let alone basilmarket. Basil is VERY distracting.

I know the junior years are extremely and probably the hardest year of high school. Im also worried about that too. I was just wondering how to get a good grade on tests... It seems like no matter how much i study, i seem to get B+'s...

Ha if only someone made a thread like this for me three years ago..time is very important, know how to manage it and balance between schools,extracurricular etc, and fun stuff..i guess. the guy that says stop maple and basilmarket is right too :0

when you have free time, go read or study your materials. after a while take a short break, relax, then come back to it again to see how much you remembered. your free time is your key.

Once you get out of highschool you will realize how much of a waste of time it is. Just teach yourself how to take good notes, and how to abosorb information. Your writing style will change completely, so dont try to write how your highschool teachers ask you to.

Well, you're in year 9, so my tip is... You're screwed if you think it's hard now, haha. My other tip, put in the extra mile to find out every possibility on every test. You do not want to be in a test and look at a question and go "WTH". Aim for 100% brah.

Most generally look at 11/12, but they factor everything in. ...I never had a hard time in high school. I had hours and hours of free time. AND I went to a hella hard high school.

High school just tests you for if you can do the work, the stuff you learn is irrelevant though, some random sub I had told us that.
