Nexon Patch and Opening Hours

I was reading on their website that they answer tickets Monday through Friday from 10 am - 6 pm Pacific. I'm guessing this is why there wasn't an emergency patch on Saturday and Sunday (which is today). Hopefully they'll fix the problem where we can't log in and the d/cing issues tomorrow. Have a good evening ^-^

[/quote] it's not that hard, you have lawyers running legal issues, programmers doing the program, KMS bringing in content, some web developers, GMs drinking coffee, etc... for the case of Nexon, it's not that hard being a CEO or something and running that company

[/quote] Try coding and translating an entire game.You could also answer hundreds of tickets each day. Fix bugs/glitches and patch hacks.(A new version will come out about 1week later) Going through all the maps looking for hackers. Lets see if you can do a better job.

dragon332211 2 things 1. Coding is super simple Nexon tries to make it look harder then it realistically is. 2. Nexon doesn't bother with hackers, that would explain why the exploited items are still around and so are the people who did the exploit. Dc hacks still exist.. etc.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but they should have the qualifications to actually do their job. It isn't our responsibility to pick up where they left off.

dragon332211 just because someone gets banned it doesn't mean they're hackers. So a good 75% of that list are probably legit players; Me for example I got banned while trying to complete a quest for the "hack reason" when I was clearly not hacking. 2. it is because nexon copies and paste that I say anyone with coding experience can manage Maplestory better than Nexon.
