Do you absolutly have to spend NX on a Dual Blader?

I just made a Dual Blader, and I am wondering if you HAVE to spend NX on it. Someone told me they sold alot of the mastery books in fm for cheaper prices, but I can't seem to find Slash Storm inside BasilMarket's info.

So can I buy Slash Storm Mastery currently in the FM? If so, how much does it cost on average?

You can go with FATSUS easier without Nx as Flying Assaulter and Tornado Spin(?) 50% are easier to get. Maybe.

The most important ones I feel are Flying Assaulter and Mirror Image. Tornado looks unimpressive (a DB guide here on Basil suggests to max only Flash Jump in your Blade Specialist advancement) and I feel that Slash Storm is way too slow. Flying Assaulter is one of the Dual Blader's signature skills and Mirror Image is just like the Hermit's (and soon Chief Bandit's) Shadow Partner.

I feel like slash storm is bull, so i didnt get it. but i got 2 other books (fa and mi) 50%s. both for a 15m deal :"D

you have to spend nx to max some skills yes. do you need to PAY for the nx with your own money though? Not at all.
