You will need: shampoo, conditioner, bar soap (or body wash), bath sponge, facial scrub 1. before taking a shower, massage your scalp for at least 30 seconds 2. step into the shower and wash your hands and face 3. thoroughly rinse your hair and scalp 4. apply a quarter amount of shampoo and lather through your hair for a minute 5. rinse thoroughly and then squeeze out excess water from hair 6. apply conditioner to hair and comb it through; leave conditioner in hair for the rest of your shower 7. lather bath sponge with soap 8. scrub ears 9. scrub neck 10. scrub back 11. scrub crotch 12. scrub arms 13. scrub chest 14. scrub hips 15. scrub butt/lower back 16. scrub legs 17. scrub feet 18. rinse! 19. exfoliate face with facial scrub 20. comb your hair under the water to rinse out the remaining conditioner 21. dry with a towel Done. :D This is my daily shower routine..
