basilversary event confuses me :(

um i read how it works but i still dont get it something about basilversary button on the top bar thingy, but i cant find help plox edit:um found out how it works now but help on 1st riddle plox

It's on the bottom bar. Bottom left corner. If it's not there then you need to enable it in your settings or something. I'm not even bothering with the event lol.
