Is Auto - pet potting worth it?

I heard that it doesn't work unless you get hit while WHILE you're in the warning zone, but that thread was 3 years ago. So I'm asking, is the Auto HP/Mp more reliable?

It uses your potion IF the attack puts your hp into the warning area.

It works most of the time, and it depends on how much you train. It kind of wastes potions once in awhile, but I think its way more convenient than breaking your keyboard to not-die. But once you get it, it doesn't necessarily mean you can just never look at your HP ever again because it does glitch up occassionally.

The hp warning % can be set onto any number. So maybe I could put elixirs on my autopot and put the warning zone right at 50% and gain the most from my elixir.

It really only "glitches" up when you use an item, pick up items, and in the middle of casting skills (I think) and when you lag. But all in all, it's worth it. Saved me a lot of experience while training at skeles. You just gotta be careful which pots you use since once you get into the warning zone, it'll only use that pot once. So if you have 5k hp, your warning zone is 2k. and you happen to be using red pots. It'll only heal to 2050, but spend enough pots to get to 5k. So beware!

I think it's pretty useful, I keep the hp setting low most of the time to save pots, but if I'm going somewhere where there's a higher chance of me dying, I set it up really high and it helps. And yeah, it's not perfect, but it works pretty well most of the time.

eh...if you rebuff or if the pet enters its weakness stage as your getting hit..it wont work...and after a while it does waste pots...theres gona be a point where your like..OH i coulda tanked a hit...

Well at times it doesn't pot. So you gotta watch your hp still. But it's rare like 1% chance but for me it's like 1/8 hits cuz I pot per hit

The only time autopot fails is when you are using a buff while you get hit, or if you set it wrong.

you will die and if it gets below the warning zone and your getting hit you wont get potted its a total fail, you will die alot more dont do it
