In order to keep the skills FOR HASTE AND DOOR 1)You wear the Hat then drop it and someone loot same for goes with haste. And you need to drop it from equipment not in inventory. For HB You wear the pants and then wear an overall over it

Because those are the only cordons w/ 20 acc clean. Anyways, those are Lv50 gloves. Btw, only Lv120+ gloves can get SE. It is believed.
