guys, tell me what do you think of this. i sent a ticket to Nexon on march 2nd 2010 and till now October 2nd 2010 it's still "work in process"

I either have "Work In Process" tickets or ones that got the auto-generated message saying that they have a high-ticket volume. No surprise there.

Still don't get it. My tickets get answered in 1-2 days. 5 days max if its important. Sometimes I think everyone is bandwagoning off of what others said.

If you send a ticket that requires a lot of investigation then of course it's going to take a while, but 7 months is ridiculous. I've never had to wait anywhere near 7 months for a ticket to be responded to but my gf has so I know it happens.

i never send a ticket and like each time there a ''auto-ban glitch or etc''thing i am never involved for some reason o.o but when i read your post,i found this ridiculous,7 months?thats not even a customer service...

Hey hey, now those monkeys work HARD every day replying to your logged tickets. There's only so much a monkey can do in a day though! Just wait another year, they're catching up on the tickets submitted in 2007 so just hang in there.
