Earning Survey NX, ERROR CODE:0

I've been getting this error code 0 whenever I try to get NX from the Maplestory website. I've been logging multiple tickets in the free-nx section but they keep getting auto-closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated

More precisally, I stopped playing for 2 months and when I came back I couldn't do surveys anymore. I sent some tickets but they kept getting auto closed after 10 minutes..

I think your being block from doing surveys.

I'm not sure exactly, but my bf got banned more than a year ago (leveling too fast, wasn't hacking) and when he tried to get nx from doing surveys, it didn't work. So if you were banned in game for any reason, I guess you can't get NX credit. :x

That's why I just bought my NX.

Code 0 Means you got banned from making nx from surveys because you BS'ed on of their offers and they wanted their money back. Trust me I've tried it and I got appealed. Or it means your system time is not right and not synced.

I think I gained 30-45k nx (or 30-45 dollars to nexon) before they banned me.
