To those saying it's all about funding. No.. i doubt it all relies only upon funding now. . . I'm quite sure there are jobs stronger than others. However, a well funded char is more likely to out-damage someone who isn't ,the same way it has always been. But I think one should take equally funded classes from each job and see how they compete with each other.I believe that's what the chart does, by the way. I think almost every job can out-damage another job, depending on how much better one character is funded over the other. They are not equal , imo.

Big Bang is supposed balance the classes, not balance the damage each class does. But the funding will make more of a difference.
