How Do you make/get att PACS?

ive always wondered how they do it cuz i have never seen a Scroll for att for cape.. (-_-) Lol

Flock Really ? Ive never seen one. Have you ? I have 2 PAC's that have 0 atk on them, but Ive never heard of one coming strait out of gach like that. If anyone did get one Im sure they'd waste abit of NX just to show everyone with an item smega.

Memorandums It was a PAC For sure. Gachapon can give you up for 3 Attack difference on your PAC and up to 7 on Weapons. (I saw this RK Posted on Basil Then I saw it in Game Too =O

krishy Actually they are a LOT easier to get after the drop rate increase. There's been CWKPQ bonus rounds dropping two capes in one run. After BB, more people will push past level 120, and more people will want MoN's that can't afford CHTPs. So a lot more people will be running CWKPQs, thus a lot more of these capes will turn up.
