heyy guys. Can a blue/ red/ black belt be potentialed for % str for example? what about other increases?

I think He means when you get them from dojo? i'm not sure but you can use potential scrolls on any item you like Except rings and medals i believe

Anything with slot can be potentialed Potential scrolls don't take up slots, but items that have or had slots are just the ones that potential works on.

I recommend using it only on Black Blets, Immortal Pharaoh Belts and the 3rd, Last, and VIP Belts though because they're 70+, which means its 3%, 6%, 9%
