After the Big Bang Patch I have no idea what job to pick and these are my favourite ones explain why which ones are better than others and which one you would pick

Based on your love of the game, a spearman will be highly wanted in a party whereas a bandit will be harder to train and a dual blade will be decent to train and mostly wanted for parties, and idk about mechanics

why do dual bladers need nx? and is 'mesos explosion' a major and useful skill for bandits?
