Are dexless nls screwed after bb?

I heard that luk doesnt give acc anymore.. so are they screwed?

luk still give the same or somewhat of an equivalent to the current one where luk= .5 acc dex=.8 acc

but the whole acc formula is going to change isnt it? i heard that it was atleast but from the rumours i wouldnt go for a dexless NL now, just make low/reg dex best all the way:D (my name is dexlesssr but im not dexless)
