When I usally Log in To maple It said Trouble Try log on To website and i did When i did it ask me to vertify my accout so i did D: When i went on meh email i didn't see a maplestroy thing O.o So basically i lost 4.2 bil? o.o

what email service? yahoo sumtimes won't receive nexon emails or takes a long time. are you 100% sure that email is connected to your maple account?

There's no such thing as a d/c lock... are you sure your checking the right email? go try to charge some nx and you'll find your email there. Also it doesnt help to lie or brag and if your trolling please dont, cause it's a waste of our time to be helping an idiot that wants some attention.
