So I cubed my China top and I get 2%?

What does 2% mean? The top was originally 16 LUK and 1 DEX. And when I cubed it I got 2% LUK. So put on and took it off and I found out it gives 21 LUK? Hmm I really don't get it.

2% it meands it adds 2% of your total luk. I'm guessing you have around 250 luk?

As your luk increases yes, the top will give more and more luk.

The highest stat I've ever seen was 24% luk on a pair of rose earrings. The higher level the item, the better the stats can get.

Wow thats amazing. So at lvl 70 I'll have around 350 LUK so that means it'll give me 7 LUK extra?

The higher level the items the better chance of a better potential. Like Lv120+ stuff can get 12% on each stat like VIP earring level 127 can get 12% 12% 12% luck which is 36% luck godly....
