Decent skill glitch patched

The Glitch that you keep the skill after taking off the item is patched. I tried to buy haste on my aran and the skilll gone away after taking off the shoes. I switched shoes and didnt take them off and was doing everything the seller said. She even tried it on her own aran and it didn't work. Altho she still had HB and haste because she's done it before the patch.
