Now I dont see them as often now but Cygnus knights are they getting any love i havent seen any major changes to them and besides being a fast focused class to play and level <im working on a DW or WA for item farming> what exactly is the point ? the extra stats and stuff do round them out but still ? Why would anyone play em <serious reasons yes they are fun fast and easy we can cut that out of this thread now> and will Big bang <or as my buddies and me call it> <Maplestory Dark Ages > Any real love to breathe some popularity back into them .... I mean Db is the big rage now even though on KMS they are vastle becoming way less common <BB was not kind to them> Now all I see when i go to my friends and he logs in is a gazillion Pages and fighters Alien 1st axe is 11m on kms where as sword is 1m at best So the point of this is to discuss the Cygnus classes any love? any reason to keep em around ? and remember posting they are fun fast and easy is the answer id expect my kids to give me im lookin for realistic reasons

Cygnus Knights now serve as a way to get new buffs and an ultimate adventure. I don't think that nexon intended for them to be serious mains in the first place. >.>

To me, it always seemed like CKs were an easy way to give new players an easy taste of MS. This is especially true after Ultimate Adventurers come out. When a new player starts up MS for the first time and looks at the character creation screen, they see that CKs have the lowest difficulty, and they might pick that for an "easy" mode to learn about the game. They would be rewarded with a class that has stronger skills than their adventurer counterparts, 4th job moves at level 100/110, extra ability points to make them stronger, and faster levelling due to starting every level at 10% exp (when UAs come out!). After they get a good taste of MS (getting to 120), they would be rewarded by getting another character that starts at level 50 (the Ultimate Adventurer), and a level 24 Blessing of the Empress. By knowing what's in store, and having experienced where the best training maps are, the new player can now enjoy a regular adventurer without having to do the tedious first 50 levels all over again!

But... Where's the catch? We ARE talking about Nexon, remember? EDIT: Right! You don't get to keep any NX and whatnot.
