Who are the BF police?

Ive been seeing a lot of threads lately about something called BF Police. Can someone please explain to me wat it is? Btw what do they do, who is part of it and are there any in Windia? Im guessing BF police is just a guild sworn to kill BF over and over again? If not id appreaciate ur help on this topic ty =)

I recently went looking for a BF toe on my Bishop. I found a nice kid with a lvl 125 DrK who was doing his best to kill BF and was more than happy to sell me the toe. Everything was fine until the BF KSers showed up, LastAppeal and SlashLuv... names well known to Windians. It's times like that I wonder why I still play the game. If Nexon truly cared about civilized game play, they would address this problem once and for all.
