So I heard we get it after the patch? But I wouldlike to know all the requirements needed to receive it.

Dang. I JUST finished a cube pq (took over an hour to get in). Then I get some error saying my ect is full...even though it isn't. I try to relog, and I can't get back on.... I really hope that the time traveler medal is +2 all stat and not 10 attack.
