I payed $5 for 5K NX on Paypal, and got only 2k NX?

So yeah, I payed $5 for 5k NX, and I've only received 2k NX... Is it always like this? Are they going to send me the rest of the NX later?

It always updates pretty much instantly when I charge NX through Paypal, so I don't know what the problem might be. Try double checking though... maybe it just hadn't updated correctly when you looked at it the first time. Also be sure you're looking at NX Credit, not your Maplepoints balance or anything like that. If it's still not right, first go to your Paypal account pages and get the "Transaction Number" for the payment and then go to the Maple Story site and file a Support Ticket asking them to check it out. Give Nexon the Transaction Number so they can trace it from their end and see what happened when they received the payment from Paypal.
