Help with "Is this a dream" quest

For some reason it wont let me accept the quest because my use inventory is apparently full, i assure you it is not, i have 16 spots free in it, does anyone kno how to fix this?

Maybe you get 17 etc's from the quest? Check every single inventory.

i did, got 16 free in use, 6 free in etc, god knows how many in setup, 6 free in equip, i also checked with a buddy what it gives, just a SINGLE warp capsule, at the moment im just going with nexon hates me

You're going to need 3 items in order to get it. Bing Receiver, OSSS Card & The Cube thing you get from Dr. Bing after the Cube PQ. If you dropped the Bing Receiver, talk to the Bum in Henesys to get another. However, the OSSS Card I believe, is un-retrievable =( I dropped my OSSS Card so I'm screwed =P
