How much does fixing a durability equip cost? Edit: Durability equips can be upgraded by using scrolls right?

Not much. And I think they can only be scrolled with durability slate thingies. Unless my memory fails me.

What's a durability equip? Is it like those earrings from Hob King PQ? That makes no sense. Why would your earrings break. Intense use of earrings.

Higher level = Higher price I think the level 105 weapons cost 5m at 0%.

Lol it costs a few k, it's really cheap. Also, you can only use tablets on durability weapons. They don't add much though.
