How do you make lukless after big bang?

a lot of people say after big bang you will need luk for accuracy, so does that mean you need to get luk equips instead of int?

just cap base luk at 80ish max. use a 165 staff, be a winner. (capping lower and rolling the lionheart set might also make you a winner pending the staffs attack speed rating)
