Type in the PQ into youtube maybe, you can find some players doing it it might tell you the range

some sources say either 60-80 or 70-90 as far as i've seen, and after big bang it's 80+, so getting a character in the 7x is your best bet

The 60-80 PQ you speak of is the Ghost Ship party quest, which we're probably going to get before Big Bang. From what I hear, the Hob King PQ is level 75-200.

after big bang most PQ lvl caps are raised (to 200)

it's only 1 set level, it's not like alien pq and it's confirmed its either 60-80 or 70-90
