They give a skill called Hyper body. Correct me if im wrong but they increase your hp and mp up to 40% in use

i guess people use around 50$ in cubes to get the skill on some pants .. hyper body is nice on low hp class's

It's 40%. And alot of people need it to survive certain monsters sooner.

OT: basically, you wear the pants and you get a skill called "Decent Hyper Body" that is a nerfed version of the real HB and gives 40% HP/MP. Really good for solo sin/sair/bucc or any mid/low hp class to survive boss hits. they require unique stats on pants others related shoes - decent haste: +20 speed 10 jump helm - decent mystic door lvl 120 gloves - decent SE
