ive seen alot of those new mounts in FM like the lion, and i really wanna use one, do i need a saddle aswell as the actual mount, and is there a level requirement or does it need a 70 or 120 mount aswell

No, buy a lion skill. Then double click it. then go in Skill "Beginner skills where the snail shell skill is and it should be there.

They're actually novelty mounts You buy them in FM or Gach them Double click Presto

They appear in the skill tab. They also have 170% speed.
