Why is cash shop dcing me?

| I JUST bought 25k today, went home activated it. I bought a special beginners package (the 950 thing) and a mastery book. I exited cash shop, forgetting to take out the items. (yeah, first timer mistake?) I go back into cash shop and it says I have 0 nx now and each time i try double clicking any item it just dcs me. help? |
