Everyone gets more DPM. Some more than others. xD I am not sure about Bucs, but overall, DBs look to stack up to be more even with the other Thieves on single-targets Post-BB. It may sound good, but it's a far way to drop from being the class with #1 solo target DPM potential to the friendly confines of NLs and Shads (NLs currently are often seen as "Fail w/o SE" and Shads are under this imaginary "you don't have high DPM, no boss 4 u!" line that some people have lol). But they're still nice at larger mobs 5+, so it's not a "SHADS OWN DBS POSTBB!" situation. xD I don't know too much on Bucs besides that they lose some invincibility frame'age for better damage output, sweet boosts to skill %s, and like almost every other job, some nifty new skills to play with. xD On DPM charts, the first thing to do is to look at how stats and equips compare. Then look at the situation (Apples, Ssiws Cheese, SI, SE, Thorns, what the target is, etc.). Then it just comes down to the numbers each class outputs. While you're looking at that, it's easy to see rankings on how they compare, but note the gaps and how large/small they are. xD If that's too much work, then do it the simple way - Bigger numbers = more DPM. xD Edit: If you do read a DPM chart and your class is lower than expected, check the gears, situations, and calcs to see if everything is right. If you did that or it's too complicated, then simply think about how your class would balance. Like for example - A Bishop comes upon a DPM chart thinking, "Man, Angel Ray got so boosted Post-BB, it has to be #1 DPM!". He sees that Bishops rank last. So he checks the calcs and they're fine. But then he considers "Hmm, I guess I get low DPM because it makes sense, since I can Res, Heal, HS, etc." xD But if that doesn't work for you, remember that funding plays a major role, especially Post-BB, so if you really enjoy a class, fund it to your heart's content and you'll be able to smack up players less funded from classes above yours on ranks. xD

Basically, with godly funding, class HARDLY maters. But to answer your question, About DBs After BB - OK at bossing, still in the top 10. Very good at mobbing, definately in the top 10, MAYBE in the top 5. About Buccs - OKish, the DPS chart says they suck though. We'll wait and see.
