| You can get the mount through quest as soon as you hit 50. A light bulb will appear above your head. In order to hatch the egg, you have to train and gain xp with the "egg channel opened" Usually people hit 51 when the eg is fully hatched, that is when the head of the mimiana popped out. What I did is just do 2-3 CPQ2 and the egg is ready to serve. =) |

| Basically, the egg slowly transforms as you gain exp (about 30% per transform). Most people hand it in when its head is out of the egg (about level 51), but I handed it in right when the feet popped out (level 50, about 30%). |
