Hey guys, I need a high level BW to tell me how important is Slow after the 3rd job. I really want to add points to Fire Arrow but I don't want to screw something up. Can anyone help me out?

Neither are important. I maxed slow, the only time i used it was at the Black witch. and Fire arrow would be useless unless you plan on dojoing during 2nd job or something like that. So basically you can do what you want, it wont matter.

Don't bother with FA. FS is like a super buffed version of FA. Hitting 6 with less mp and more damage the FA? Win. And slow really helps. Helped me so much at Booper Scarlions.

what are u guys talking about? Fire arrow is great! Takes 6k dmg with it and when bossing its so much better then fire pillar, which takes about 3-4k, its also alot faster. So if u want to boss alot and have an alternative to fire pillar, max FA...

IceFrappe^What are you gonna be bossing under level 70. Slow > FA in terms of practicality in the long run. I don't use slow that much though 3rd job, but it'll have its uses for sure. Fire strike immediately replaces FA, while pillar..c'mon now Mob > Single target.

So what you're basically saying is that if I want practicality I should go with Slow, while if I want to fool around alot and Dojo I should go with FA? I guess I'll go with option B, I'm not in this game for the fast leveling and the perfect builds. Btw, should I FA before Elemental reset? Because if I don't as soon as I finish FA I start FS... so that would be a tad dumb...

Eped - Couldn't the same be said of FA? Now which is more fun, killing 6 or killing one? @TS - Magic Claw is just as powerful as FA, just slightly, SLIGHTLY, less damage. If you want FA why not be an F/P? (I have one so don't bash on me for saying anything.)
johnnyayoun : They're stronger than a regular mage, and much much more fun.
First point: no they're not. Second point: that's up to you, but really there is nothing that a Blaze Wizard can do effectively other than train. If you wanted a class that could do something else you should've made something else.

What you are effectively saying is that you want to waste 20 SP on a skill that will not help you at all with what your class does best, while giving you the ability to still be terrible at a boring place that gives relatively no positive gain in the process whatsoever. And this period will last a very small period of time before Fire Strike comes and replaces it.
