Blaze Wizard Fire Arrow or Slow?

So my question is which is better fire arrow or slow, i'm wondering this because fire arrow does more dmg than magic claw and slow only slows down the enemy's movement. Note: i heard the fire arrow mobs ( 3 monsters is this true?)

The 'Fire Arrow hitting 3 monsters' thing only applies to an F/P. A Blaze Wizard's Fire Arrow will only hit 1 monster. Really the only significant thing that a Blaze Wizard will be doing is training; it has no really good bossing attacks and it has the leveling speed for what I guess would be the sake of getting Blessing of the Fairy higher faster. Slow may have some utility for training related purposes (I don't know; I've never actually went far with my Blaze Wizard or F/P... yet), but Fire Arrow will not. I would even go as far as to say that Fire Arrow is probably the least useful skill in the Blaze Wizard's entire skillbook (so from 1st job -> 3rd), but i don't remember all of the skills.

I'm still debating whether this is a serious question or you're trolling us lol (sorry) Fire arrow definitely..isn't it usually an attack > passive skill? and no one really maxes slow with the exception of evans...evans max everything :D

Slow is better than fire arrow for a blaze wiz.

Wouldn't slow help with gears training? Besides, you get Fire Strike in 3rd job which probably gets close to matching maxed Fire Arrow in terms of usability at lv1. EDIT: with a few exceptions, your main form of training should be killing mobs. Flame Pillar > Fire Arrow.

Slow. It helps out so much when you train. And trust me, I know. Just got to lvl 70. And fire arrow is only a little bit better that Magic Guard. Just a little. EDIT: Was I out of it when I typed this. Magic CLAW. Not guard. -_- sorry. My B. Plus... FS makes FA obsolete. No sense in putting points in a skill you won't use cept for the lols.

Fire arrow = Never used Slow = Used on Black Witch Slow wins.

@ Niyame, but if you think about it, the time you spend using slow on monsters you could be attacking it, couldn't you? @ Josh1washere, but isn't black witch a boss, so doesn't that mean slow will not affect black witch?

[/quote] Just about everyone in the F/P and I/L forums declare Slow to be a bossing skill. That therefore implies that it affects bosses.

[/quote] In that time you spent spamming fire arrow, you could kill six slowed monsters that can't touch you at all with fire pillar. Plus slow takes only a second to cast, less than that.
