when a group of people make a party and use party buffs from REP Edit: oh right, and one that is successfully made with 6 people gives 3 hours of 2x exp or drop, which is very helpful for people either training or farming for items

u use 1 time a 2x buff and u get the same number of buffs as members in the party atm
