Is "Jeira" the rare Jaguar real?

Just wondering . I've seen a lot of people say yea it's real, and no it's fake. Also, can you change your jaguar whenever you want (Go to place, release jaguar, get new one)? Or do you stay with one for the entire game? Thanks in advance And I mighta spelled its name wrong xD (Jeira or however you spell it)

@above It has 180% speed while other jaguars have 160% speed. I also think it has more jump.

It has more jump and speed and it only appears in a certain time of the day I think it was 8:00-14:00 for KMST and you can release your jaguar and capture another one.
