The "Is This A Dream?" quest gave me a Warp Capsule. I used it and got to Omega Sector. I searched everywhere but couldn't find Dr. Bing. Where is he? BTW, I'm not talking about the Secret Base Dr. Bing...

i heard something about waiting till the 29th, something about fixing it. truthfully im not sure, but might as well wait. i had the same problem, i went to omega and could not find anywhere.
