My cousin's tooth won't fall out

So, me and my 22-year old brother visited my cousin's house (just the two of us) the other day, and his mom and dad were there, too, plus his siblings. Then after we ate dinner, we just sat back thinking of what to do. I thought of watching Paranormal, a rated R movie, with my only two cousins living in the house that were over 17. So, we're watching the first few minutes of it, with some Nacho Cheese Doritos (1 bag each). Soon, my 8-year old cousin comes along, while I tap my 18-year old cousin on the shoulder alerting him to his brother. He knew the look I gave him meant that Paranormal would give him nightmares, but once my 18-year old cousin got up to send him to his room so he wouldn't get nightmares, his brother took a Dorito, and bit it real hard leading him to a very loose tooth. This happened one week ago, and it still won't come out. My cousin just called me to let me know that his brother's tooth won't come out. For some reason, I can't think of how to give my cousin an idea to make the tooth in his brother's mouth come out. Please, basil, I want some ideas for this so I can call my cousin for him to try it. EDIT: Guys, I am NOT punching a little kid in the face, my arm is wayyyyy too powerful for an 8 year old, I'm more than twice his size. And he's afraid to have his tooth pulled out because he thinks it'll hurt.

If you twist the tooth as much as you can first (without causing excessive pain o_O), then just pull it out real fast, it shouldn't hurt as much.

When I was little, I would just start twisting my loose tooth. Slowly(but surely) it fell out. Or take him to the dentist. And obviously they're kidding about you punching a little kid? Why did u have to point out ur "too strong" to punch a little kid.
