Worth to buy an ipod touch 4g?

| I am debating whether I should spend the majority of whatever money I have left to buy a 32g ipod touch 4g which is $299 i presume? (correct me if I'm wrong). I currently have a 4-5 year old ipod touch 1st gen 8gb, and my itunes fills up 6gb. I will be using this new ipod touch to replace my 6 year old digital camera as well. Will it be well worth it as a perfectly good replacement for my ipod touch 1st gen 8gb and digital camera? |
