is there a glitch on 30's?

ok ive used 4 30's, 2 bottom dex and 2 top luk. ALL FOUR OF THEM FAILED AND BLEW UP MY ARMOR. WTF DO I JUST HAVE BAD LUCK? EDIT: they were not used at the same time

keep in mind they are 30%, that means there is a 70% chance it will fail you're probably just unlucky though

My 30% staff M.Atk worked. I usually have bad luck so I made my sis scroll it. She also used 2 60% and both worked. =D Then I decided to 60% myself. It failed. -___-
