Increase in potential sairs?

Is it just me or only Broa, but the amount of Sairs I am seeing, or people who are on the way to becoming one, has increased dramatically. I remember when seeing a Sair was like finding a diamond in your backyard. There are so many of them now, I don't feel as wanted anymore D= What are your views on this?

Well in Khaini, there is the same small amount of outlaws and sairs. Too many people quit during 2nd job.

i've been a slinger for a while, i haven't noticed a big increase... but don't worry, not many people have the patience for slingers, it'll die down soon

Well you really shouldn't make a sair to feel unique, but they have increased.

I moved from Scania to Broa about 1-2 weeks ago and the second I moved here the 4th or 5th class I saw was a Slinger... In Scania I had to get from 1-125 on my Bucca before I ever saw one... Go to CPQ, or at least for me this works, and wait in CH1. I saw so many in CPQ, just AFK or wanting a TW.

You're quite late aren't you. The Corsair bandwagon has been around since a little before the Balance Patch. Too bad most of them aren't really that great.

lol theres been a increase in scania also o_0 but i really think its due to big bang.Kids want power so they bandwagon so ya expect alot of people in the same class lmao.

[/quote] I've been off from Maple for about 7 months. So, I only just found out about a balance patch when you posted then. I knew of the increase in drop rate, but that was about it. D= I didn't make a Sair to feel unique, I am just wondering why others are making them so copiously. TBH, I made a Sair because it's my favorite class. Next to Bucca's =P

People be wanting to hit bigger numbers. Buccaneers are personally more fun than Corsairs to me, having experienced both classes.

Maybe it will die down as 1amtoby said, with most people not having the patience through the "hell" levels. Pretty sad they make them to hit hard. IMO, if you don't like a class you will fail hard with it.

Alternatives are avaliable nowdays, people are more tolerable of the once "weak and noob lolslingers", and leveling will only be easier with the next big update (Big Bang but with the new title and all).

[/quote] Do you reckon people will be used to grinding though? Cos i've always found it a bit weird that people can go from PQing to level 120 or a mix of that and leech and then grind the last 80 levels, with or without leech. It's like going all your life with something and then suddenly losing it. Or maybe i'm just being melodramatic. I would like to meet someone other than myself and a few buddies who can actually grind from a leech or PQ that has left then at a high level. Most people i've met of all classes lose any motivation they apparently had when they were PQing or getting leech =O Just me tho. =P

By sair, do you mean Corsair, or a gunslinger of any level? I see lots of slingers all over the place (makes sense because they're the only ranged class with no minimum range at the moment, save for mages), but I haven't been seeing a rise in fourth jobbers in the slinger section..

I should've made that clear, sorry. I was generalizing with every stage of a gun-wielding pirates job. So I see a lot of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th jobbers. Mostly 2nd and 3rd though.
