Overswing 20 impossible to find, impossible to buy?

I've been trying to get this damn skill book for like a week now, looking through FM every single day and killing pap twice a day with 2x drop on D: Why doesn't ANYONE have this? The only time I saw a OS20 was in FM1 for 200m (which is like 10x the price :S) Anyone in Galicia have one of these? Or care to share some insight on how many kills it took? OT: PC on Monster Magnet, Divine Charge mastery books.
