Help with lag in Zombie

Ok, as a lvl 65 cleric i train at zombie to lvl up (duh) and i lag alot, here's something that happens Somtimes I... 1)Lag and i see the zombie doesnt move and when i touch them I dont get hit, but in the meantime if i'm in a party i can still see my party member attacking it. 2)Lag only for like a few second, just need to wait a bit *my healing is slow* and it usually goes back to normal, but sometimes it gets worst like step 1. 3)like step 1, when i train and that happens, i just try to relog in and it helps for like 5min, and most of the time i do that it disconnects me after about 5min. especially when i train alone I dont like to restart my computer caz i know other people will come and take over the ch and i will evenually have to find a new place to train at -____________- so i just try to relog in, but it seem to me that only restarting computer can help and by the time my computer starts, logs in and ya, u gussed it.. someone took over...sigh so help?

Might be spyware slowing your PC down. Bad connection comes to mind. Or Low-End PC. Having more than one program running. Having more than one person on the same connection.

i lag to but i have the fastest internet around (cable 10Mbps) and a good PC so my guess is spyware, programs, u may not have thought of this but your virus scan Could be updating creating lag

Stop downloading stuff while playing, my only advice. Or, if you're on a router, tell the other guy to stop downloading stuff.

i dont have anything else on except iTune when i'm playing maplestory. and its only zombie that i lag at NOWHERE ELSE...O_o i think my internet connection is fine.. i think, and no i dont share connection, only me and my computer.

I lag a lot in certain areas, like in the dungeon. But my problem is that I play on dial-up. -_-

i have the same, when im training at coolies. i got a amd fx57 with a dual 7800gtx sli >.> internet is 100mbit fiberwire connection with +/-6ms so it itsnt my pc nor internet because all is top and keeps to be updated as long as i keep sponsored my thought is that it is that map, that there arnt much ppl training there wizet decided to throw the lock on it so they will save bandwith (I honestly just guess, plz dont flame) @ wraiths no lag, @ coolies massive lag (when another player is in the map)

i play on an OC3 connection (best connect money can buy 500mbps) and i lag in different places but it seems like each ch. effects the others some how if one is crowded your more than likely gonna lag there for no reason (HG1 near henesys worst lag ever) and certian places in the dungeon lags bad to

I have a P-III 933, with a 400k DSL. Close ALL applications on the taskbar. Reset your computer, and relog. Sometimes, relogging doesn't cut it, that's why resetting PC is better.

Sometimes it's not your connection so much as other things like the video driver not being able to process the right FPS, or it may be the processor or even RAM
