Did Nexon take my 30k NX :/?

| Hello basilers, I am an Australian player who buys NX through PaybyCash(paymate) for NX prepaid, 5 days ago i recharged 40k worth or NX (30k Nx and then 10k Nx) and paymate has sent me confirmation emails and everything that the money has been sent into NEXON, but i have only received 10k from nexon and the other 30k hasn't been processed yet? I find this odd because i charged the 30k first and the 10k after yet the 10k went through and the 30k didn't? i have tried to log a ticket but it keeps getting auto closed in the billing section, Any help please :/? that's $35 gone T_T |

| There's a transaction fee perhaps? I read it once while trying to charge 1 20$ and 1 10$ and it said it was going to be a processing fee of 10$ or so. So I charged it one by one and got my full 30k. It was NX credit not prepaid though. This is a UGC btw. |
