Hitting and Missing Often

Hey guys, i just made a new Brawler, lvl 23 so far, but my qn is this: I accidentally put my dex too high and its 36 instead of 23, which means my dmge is a bit less than it should be. yet even with this extra dex, im still hitting misses on sand-rats, which i often train on with chars at lvl 20-30 and have no problem with. with my crocell hat on i have no problem, but why am i missing so much? I havent got any sp in bullet time, but i would think that all the extra dex would make up for that. i never experienced this trouble on this char (my 197 Brawler) so i dont know whats going on. i made this new brawler becuz im testing something (which might help this 197 char) but ive done everything the same so far. Bullet Time is useful indeed, and 11 or 20 accouracy (depending on your build) isnt equal to 13 dex. I would suggest restarting your character since your only lvl 2x. And get some accouracy gear. You can use a 100%'ed dex overall, thats a nice boost in dex and accouracy. Some accouracy shoes will do it. I have accouracy gear stored on my mule for the new characters I'm making, it is useful for low lvls.

You should have maxed Bullet Time after Sommersault Kick, which could be the reason why you're still missing. You could get Sniper Pills, which give 10 accuracy and last for 10 minutes. Also like above said, accuracy gear also helps.

Firesword im lvl 199 atm, but i cant think of a way to get to 200 so everyone can see. I even made a thread about it. im just trying to make another Brawler now though because i want to have a lvl 200 Brawler with all the buffs and skills from Big Bang, and i cant do that on this 199 char.
