| There is a thread about skinnies over baggy jeans, is it not? Well, let me ask all of you children something: Why do you believe it is homosexual/Dark/Emo for a male to wear skinny jeans? What kind of logic is that? I mean, really now? How idiotic can you be? JUST because a guy wear skinnies doesn't make him any of these things. Want to know why? Because I wear skinnies, and am I a homosexual? Nope. Am I "dark"? No. Am I "emo"? Hell to the No. I believe that the majority of Basil community is agreeing that skinnies are for gays just because everyone else is saying so, right? Because you feel the need to meet the criteria of today's modern society, right? MOST of the people that call guys who wear skinnies gay have not even tried them on. I know I'm right. They are a LOT more comfortable than you would believe. Oh, and just because they may LOOK tight on a guy, does not mean they necessarily ARE. Take me for example--I bought my FIRST pair of skinnies about two weeks ago. They are TWO sizes above my own, which makes them NOT so tight on me. Do you people ever think about that? Or do you just assume, like every other fool who's never worn them? Don't you see the wrinkles around the legs with people who wear them? Tat means they ave SLACK around that area, so it's exactly to their own liking. Like mine. Mine are baggy on me if I don't wear a belt, so yeah. There you go. I know there are going to be some fools with silly comments on this, but it's whatever. I know I am not the only one who thinks this way--or am I? |

Perhaps in the confines of your own society, only the gauche wear skinny jeans, but from my experiences, skinny jeans are an integral part of fashion (especially in Korea, if you ever go to S. Korea, you will fully understand what I mean). While I've no concern about your personal preferences for skinny jeans, I can assure you that the reprobates of society are not the only ones who rock skinny jeans. |

I'm not gonna sit here and attempt to alter your decision. And no, those Emos and all the others are NOT the only people who wear them. Is stereotyping your hobby or something?
