White Mouse Kit and Potential Scrolls

So I got a White Mouse Kit from a gach run a while ago. Unfortunately, it's totally worthless to me since it adds speed, and I have haste. It's also untradable, even with psok, and has zero slots which means I can't scroll it. So aside from looks, there's no real reason for me to keep it. Then I found a lvl 10 shirt with hidden potential and remembered that potential scrolls exist. So, I was wondering if anyone here knows if it's possible to potential my mouse kit, and before people tell me to buy one and try it, I should tell you that I'm not very funded and would rather know for sure before trying it. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Just buy one if you can't use it on the mouse kit use it on something else.

Well, of course you can potential your mouse kit. What's up w/ that? Unless, you tell me it was already potential'd. But to let you know, to potential a mouse kit is pretty useless since it's only lvl10 and thus won't give much of good stats. Anyway, the choice is still up to you. Edit: Oh my bad. I thought a mouse kit has slots cuz I have a rat mouth and I always thought they are the same except different in lvl req. lol. Anyway, but yeah like others below me said, if it initially has no slots @ all , then you can't potential it.

Pretty much what huyempreor said. The best you can get without cubes is 1% of a stat.

Update: I actually found a potential scroll today and tried to use it. You guys were right, it doesn't work on Mousekits. I did manage to blow up one of my average equips though.
