Which Visitor Suit Piece should I make permanent?

With the release of stage 4, and the Permanent Krystanol, I'm wondering which Visitor Piece to make Permanent. My Armor has +5int and about +20luk, whereas my shoe has +17int. The Armor will give me a decent amount of luk, but the shoe gives int, and i'm pretty certain its impossible to get int shoes, whereas its possible to get armors which give about 20luk although they are simply rather expensive. Preferably I would get both, but I'm pretty sure thats beyond my ability. Thoughts plz.

But if you're still interested check the sticky on the front page and look at the comments on the last few pages.
