Boy am I glad, Long story short, I bought a dark mate for 920m, used a one year item lock, then tried to use it, at lv51. I also tried it on my shadower(same account) and it didn't work because of the durability issue. I logged a ticket I think on September 1 or August 31(since that's when the item lock expires, and I logged the ticket on the day of, or the next morning). So today, after being on Maple for an hour, completing the Stage 4 quests, I tried to double click my dagger for fun, knowing that it would say that the durability was too low. But to my surprise, my current dagger swapped with it, and I was like, what's going on, then I looked at my character, and it was wearing the dagger. THANK YOU NEXON. It took them about 22days to fix it, which I think is by far unbelievable. I thought I was a gonner, considering people told me Nexon purposely did that to the dagger from the world transfer abuses or something. Guess that the 920m was well worth it in the end (: SS or it didn't happen like usual, here's the before screens, and the one I just took. dagger stats durability message DarkMate Equipped Thank you again Nexon, keep up the good work. Also, my ticket is still open with the status: Work In Progress, what should I do about the ticket? I replied saying my dagger is fixed on the "Additional Info" part, so ya, should I leave it open til they read that it's fixed? or close it?

Grats! It must feel nice to finally not have it laying in your inventory. As for your ticket still being open, click the ticket number, it'll send you to your ticket, there'll be a spot on the page saying "Actions" under that is a button saying close, click that, it'll ask you to add a additional comment, but you don't have to. After that, the ticket will say "Closed by player".
